GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD 02 JUNE 2025: With the tagline “Skyline naChaas, Garmi Ma Haas”, the Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Skyline concluded its impactful 30-day public service initiative – Skyline Chaas Seva – aimed at bringing relief during the scorching summer heat.
From May 1st to May 31st, every single day between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, volunteers gathered at a fixed service point on CG Road, Ahmedabad, to distribute refreshing buttermilk (chaas) to those braving the sun — laborers, traffic policemen, daily commuters, and the underserved.
“This wasn’t just about cooling the body — it was about warming hearts. Our club’s unity, energy, and spirit of selfless giving made this project truly special,” said Rtn. Saurabh Khandelwal, President, Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Skyline.

Leadership That Made It Possible

Kanti Prajapati by her side, the duo led one of the most successful and sustained public service drives in the city.
“Even children as young as 2 joined the seva. Our 5-year-old chaas warrior Dia Teelani inspired us all with her strength and smiles,” shared Rtn. Parul Shah.
Looking Ahead
Riding on the success and impact of this edition, Skyline Chaas Seva will return in 2026 — bigger, longer, and even more inclusive — once again under the leadership of Rtn. Parul Shah.
