SANAND, INDIA | 24th JULY 2026 | Micron Technology, Inc. today announced a strategic partnership with Kaynes Semicon Pvt. Ltd. to support the development of India’s semiconductor supplier ecosystem.
Through the collaboration, Micron and Kaynes will support the growth of India’s semiconductor ecosystem by engaging the Gujarat State Electronics Mission (GSEM), government agencies, industry stakeholders, and suppliers. The initiative will support the exchange of non-commercial industry insights and encourage constructive dialogue across the semiconductor value chain, while fostering supplier investment and helping address regulatory, infrastructure, and operational considerations that support the development of a resilient semiconductor supply chain in India.
The partnership was formalized through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Micron and Kaynes. The ceremony was attended by Gursharan Singh, Senior Vice President, Global Assembly and Test, Micron Technology; Raghu Panicker, Chief Executive Officer, Kaynes Semicon Pvt. Ltd.; and representatives from the Gujarat State Electronics Mission (GSEM).
