VADODARA, GUJARAT | 01st AUGUST 2026 | Marengo Asia Hospitals, Vadodara has expanded access to advanced speciality care with the launch of Liver and Interventional Radiology Clinics, strengthening specialised healthcare services for patients across Central and South Gujarat.
The Liver Clinic has been launched in collaboration with Dr. Gaurav Patel and his team from Marengo CIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad, while the Interventional Radiology Clinic will be led by Dr. Jenny Gandhi from Marengo Asia Hospitals, Surat.
The initiative forms part of Marengo’s vision of creating an integrated clinical corridor for complex and super-speciality care across its hospital network. The model aims to provide patients with access to advanced services, including liver transplantation, heart transplantation, bone marrow transplantation and interventional radiology, while ensuring coordinated care closer to home through the expertise available across the Marengo network.
Under this model, patients will be able to access specialist consultations, diagnostic evaluation, pre-operative assessment, post-operative care and long-term follow-up at their nearest Marengo hospital, while complex procedures will be coordinated through Marengo CIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad, the network’s centre of excellence for major transplant procedures and other highly specialised interventions. The approach is expected to enhance patient convenience, reduce treatment delays and ensure continuity of care.
The Liver Clinic will hold outpatient consultations on the second Tuesday of every month, while the Interventional Radiology Clinic will be available every Saturday.
The Interventional Radiology Clinic will offer minimally invasive treatment options for a range of conditions, including varicose veins, diabetic foot complications, stroke, brain aneurysms, breast lumps, uterine fibroids and thyroid nodules, among other conditions.
