The stock has delivered a 30.22% return over the past one month, reflecting sustained buying momentum and improving market sentiment. The latest breakout above its recent trading range further strengthens the stock’s positive technical structure and upward momentum.
Adding to the positive market developments, Nirmalkumar Pareek acquired 6,00,000 shares of Ratnaveer Precision Engineering at ₹228.00 per share through a bulk deal, representing a transaction value of approximately ₹13.68 crore.
The company also reported a strong performance in Q1 FY27, with revenue rising to ₹318 crore from ₹265 crore in Q1 FY26.
